It was an incredible privilege to contribute to the BBC's Planet Earth III, from 2019 through its release in 2023. As both a conservation biologist and wildlife photographer, I helped develop, film, and guide the production of the gliding treefrog sequence featured in the Freshwater episode. The sequence showcases the frogs' remarkable explosive breeding behavior—the focus of my Ph.D. research on the reproductive ecology of gliding treefrogs in Costa Rica.
